Jeff Bachtle - Senior
Investigator - In the fall of 1993,
Mr. Bachtle was hired for an on the job
training program by a Private
Investigation and Security Guard agency.
Mr. Bachtle was trained by a retired
Oxnard California Police officer with
knowledge and experience of criminal
street gangs, organized crime, and prior
to retirement, he was with the education
and training division of Oxnard PD.
Mr. Bachtle trained as the assistant to
the chief investigator until December
1994 when he became the chief
investigator of the firm. During
Mr. Bachtle's training in 1994, he
worked approximately 70+ criminal and
civil cases involving wrongful death,
personal injury, workman's compensation
fraud, criminal street gangs, check
fraud, first degree murder, wiretap,
manufacture and sales of dangerous
drugs, to name a few. Mr. Bachtle
was and still is on the list of Criminal
Investigators with the Maricopa County
Office of Court Appointed Counsel.
Mr. Bachtle has also worked, is
currently working on numerous
Federal Court Appointed Criminal cases,
Maricopa County Superior Court cases,
Gila County Superior Court Appointed
cases, as well as being Court Appointed
in other Counties in Arizona.
Mr. Bachtle is currently working on
various high profile Criminal cases,
Capital Murder cases, high profile
Criminal and Civil matters, retained by
Private Law Firms, Insurance Companies,
Major Corporations and businesses.
Insurance Investigations
- We have Associates that Specialize in
Insurance Investigation as well as a
Consultant with 14 + years of experience
with the State of Arizona Worker
Compensation Laws. We can
provide Investigations as well as
development of a Safety and Health
Program to Mitigate Loss.
Arizona Department of Safety
Licensing Requirements - It
takes extensive training to obtain
a Private Investigation Agency License
from the Arizona Department of Public
Safety. You must have at least 6000
hours of investigative training or
experience in a five year period before
applying for the Private Investigations Agency
License in the State of Arizona. Mr.
Bachtle accomplished this in 1997.
We are Licensed, Bonded and Insured.
We also have associates that are fluent in
the Spanish language. These
associates interpret and transcribe from
Spanish to English and vise versa. These
associates are very familiar with
the immigration laws, Court system, Spanish
Community as well as assisting Mr.
Bachtle with all types of Investigations
and a vast array of services we provide.
Our Spanish Speaking and younger
Associates are extremely
helpful when trying to locate hard to
find witnesses, obtain crucial
information from the younger generation
and serving subpoenas, civil and
criminal.
Our Spanish Speaking
Investigators and associates are extremely
helpful when communicating with Spanish
speaking clients and family, potential
client's, witnesses, potential witnesses,
etc.. They can explain legal terms and
procedures in the Spanish language, to
clients, to client's family, to the
defendant's families such as explaining
charges, plea agreements, settlement or
potential settlement, and or trial prep
with and or for the client's attorney.
We also provide Computer Research
and On Line Investigations. This
service saves a great deal of time and is
very cost effective. In many cases, we can
locate a potential witness in less than an
hour and a few phone calls.
Process Service - Civil and
Criminal - We also have an
Official Officer of the Court to serve
Civil and Criminal Process that speaks
Spanish.
